Many students don’t like to study English for long periods of time, but most can easily tolerate it in short bursts, each followed by an immediate challenge and the possible reward that might follow it (E.G. a higher score or point total). This can be accomplished by using FAST TALK 1.

The FAST TALK 1 cards can also be used for home study. Additionally, because all of the answers are on the cards, parents (including those that cannot speak English well) can still teach their children to speak English.

Possibly, FAST TALK 1 can be used to help measure and assess students’ English ability. Students should aim at getting as high an FT score as possible and then improving their scores.
